Veada charged my account $159.00 for products that were in stock and ready to be shipped. I found out after nearly 10 days and several calls that the product was back ordered. Their internet sales staff sent emails from day 1 that it was being processed and getting ready to ship. This however was completely untrue. They effectively use customers money for weeks to run the business and only if called do they offer an anonymous email stating a back order and require a call for a refund. I am reporting this "kiting" of customers funds to the Indiana Attorneys General unfair Internet business practices division for investigation.
